Peter Nash - Managing Director
Peter is a sound designer. He became an assistant recording engineer in Brighton in the 1980s, before moving abroad working in the Middle East and then Paris, returning to England to become chief engineer Revolver Music and a freelance producer for Sony, EMI and Polygram.
He was then based at BBC Birmingham working as a Studio Manager at Pebble Mill, where he built up his extensive knowledge of high-end sound editing. Peter’s knowledge and expertise with one of the BBC's tools, SADiE, earned him the role of Chief SADiE Specialist for its manufacturers, Prism Sound, taking him around the world to work with many international broadcasters.
Peter is the founding member of Monty Funk and has steered the company since 1997, breaking many boundaries in sound design, radio programme production, podcasting and audio trails.
Susanna Byers - Production Assistant 
Susanna graduated from Cardiff University with a joint honours BA in Journalism, Media and Cultural Criticism. She contributed regularly throughout her educational career to student newspaper publications, school newspaper, The Voice, and Cardiff University newspaper, Gair Rhydd. She was heavily involved in the Cardiff student radio station Xpressradio.co.uk, co-presenting a specialist show and producing the politics show.
Susanna has also worked on television’s The X Factor and completed a placement as a journalist covering arts for BBC Hereford and Worcester.
Susanna is production assistant at Monty Funk and is producing many of its new podcasts.
Peter Leslie-Wild - Audio Director
Peter is an award winning Radio Drama Producer and Director, Audio Feature Maker and Theatre Director.
He spent 16 years as Senior Producer in Radio Drama based at the BBC in Birmingham developing a reputation for innovation and excellence, and working with writers and actors of the highest calibre across the networks.
Actors he has worked with include: Derek Jacobi, Timothy Spall, Tom Courtenay, Samuel West, Alex Jennings, Tim McInnerney, Anna Massey, Anna Chancellor, Anton Lesser, Juliet Stevenson, Harriet Walter, Geoffrey Palmer, Stephanie Cole, Saskia Reeves, Michael Maloney, Anna Madeley and Tom Goodman-Hill.
He has produced for BBC Radio Drama in Birmingham, London and Manchester, and now works as one of Monty Funk's main associates.
